About GDboxd
GDboxd is a vibe-coded project that lets users rate levels in three separate categories: gameplay, deco, and overall.
All of the main visuals are created by me (MountainFetus). If anyone has coding knowledge, I am open to rebuilding the website so that it contains no AI.
Gameplay
Gameplay includes anything that makes the level more fun to play, from the click pattern to difficulty balancing. Even the song and decoration can be taken into account if they make the level more entertaining to play. It is highly recommended that you have beaten the level you are reviewing in order to give it a gameplay score.
Deco
Deco is anything that can be reviewed just by watching a showcase of the level, excluding the actual gameplay itself. This can include the art style, song, song representation, and even certain aspects of gameplay if they make the level more interesting without actually playing it (e.g., the keys in Limbo).
Overall
Overall is calculated by averaging the gameplay and decoration scores.
Favorites
You can favorite up to 5 different levels on your profile for each of the 3 rating categories. Overall favorites are not calculated by averaging the two categories and can be added manually.
Adding Levels
To add a level, type the level ID or name in the "Add a Level" tab. If a level has fewer than 1,000 downloads or is no longer on the servers, you can request that I add the level manually. Only request levels with fewer than 1,000 downloads if they are over a month old and are Epic or above in quality. Users can add level tags to a level to make it easier to find.
